Refund Policy

All goods can be returned to us for a full refund on the cost of goods within 21 days from the date of dispatch providing they are unopened and unused. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide a free returns service unless goods are faulty or sent in error. Please ensure you keep proof of postage for your own records and have adequate insurance should your parcel be lost. Harpur Group Limited cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in the post.

How to return goods: In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Foxy Margot products, please pack it up in suitable packaging and contact us via email at at margot@foxymargot.com for returns address.
